I think the house, and Grampa were ahead of their time, what with the cool 'open' floor plan and all. I was just thinking of this house, and the one Grama Lottie lived in, and hoping the same thing: That new families will love what Grampa built as much as we did.Tammy Hixonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18419863635834543294noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8143809493470867063.post-5473253648007754442009-10-16T04:39:40.683-07:002009-10-16T04:39:40.683-07:00Yes, this is the house where you would have visite...Yes, this is the house where you would have visited your Great-grandparents.Ginnyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15869190355012549154noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8143809493470867063.post-90583732457949162522009-10-15T22:09:28.478-07:002009-10-15T22:09:28.478-07:00Is this the same house that I knew? I always loved that house and have very fond memories of the box of toys stashed in the closet while Mom and G'ma Ruth talked at the kitchen table. Her bathtub was the first time I ever got a whirlpool bath! Then, of course, following G'pa Paul around while he worked on this and that. On to munching on a bit of homemade beef jerky and then the headphones at the organ. They always had so much there to keep a curious little kid occupied!Hileryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00361881120605453901noreply@blogger.com
